It is that time of year again!

I can't believe it has been a whole 8 months since the Super Bowl.  That period between the Super Bowl and the NFL Preseason is a long stretch for me.  I live and breath the Pittsburg Steelers.  I have stuck with them through thick and thin and I am happy to say that there has been more thick than thin over the years.  Now there is less than 48 hours till the Steelers kickoff another NFL season.  Visions of tailgating and game parties have filled my head for months.  My trusty recliner sets waiting for me as it has for many a year.  I can already smell the BBQ and all the fixings that make NFL sunday what it is.  I prepare myself for the glorious sound of grunts that ring from the field as body smashes into body and strength and stamina once more reign supreme.  The war in the trenches that will eventually determine who will raise that Lombardi Trophy.  Although a Steeler fan, I have the utmost respect for all who play the game.  I have endured the Basketball season, most of the Baseball season and all of the summer olympics.  I now stand ready for the smell of pigskin and the thrill of cheering my team to victory.
